My meditations are focused on tools. Each meditation is a tool to learn so you can access and use it in your daily life without having to find a space and sit quietly (even though this is always helpful).

The mantras are soulful moments of positive vibes and self-love to uplevel your vibrations. 

These tools are all meant to increase the tools in your tool belt, which you can access at any moment or in any situation, to help you navigate a balanced life.

Using visualisation as a tool to move energy can also help balance our energy, making it much easier to stay present in the moment. It's the little steps that create a bigger picture.
