Our body is our outer vessel; the outside often reflects how we treat ourselves inwardly.
If we are unaware of our bodies, we often do not listen to what they want, and we pump them full of STUFF.
We mistreat them and expect them to thrive.
When we are body conscious and body aware, we will know when we need to rest, drink water, eat & sleep.
It's a constant choice, and we make sure we are proud of all that we get right and learn from all we can learn from.
It's that simple. Ask your body. Am I thirsty for water? Every time before you eat. It will love you immensely for it. Make sure you focus on the feeling straight after your glass of water.
